About the Role
We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join The Face Company team. You will be the first voice our potential patients hear, and your role is critical in converting inquiries into consultations, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with our clientele. This role demands a blend of sales instinct, healthcare sensitivity, and strong communication skills — because at The Face Company, we don't just sell treatments, we build trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and referrals for The Face Company
- Explain clinic services clearly — including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, PRP Therapy, and other aesthetic treatments offered at The Face Company
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, urgency, and treatment suitability
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments and coordinate with The Face Company's front desk and doctors' availability
- Maintain detailed call notes, patient interactions, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system
- Follow up consistently on cold and warm leads without being pushy
- Re-engage lost leads through WhatsApp messages, calls, and seasonal offers run by The Face Company
- Achieve monthly targets for consultations booked and leads converted
- Collect patient feedback post-treatment and update records accordingly
- Represent The Face Company's brand values — premium, warm, and trustworthy — in every interaction
- Escalate dissatisfied or sensitive patient concerns to the manager immediately
- Ensure all patient data is handled with complete confidentiality and clinic privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service — healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English; additional regional language is a plus
- Strong listening and persuasion skills — able to handle objections without pressure
- Comfortable discussing aesthetic and cosmetic procedures with sensitivity and confidence
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls (60–80 per day) while maintaining quality and warmth
- Positive, patient, and professional telephone etiquette
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Good to Have
- Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology setup, or luxury wellness brand in Delhi NCR
- Familiarity with treatment packages, pricing conversations, and EMI options
- Experience managing leads from Instagram DMs or WhatsApp Business
- Knowledge of the South Delhi client profile and their expectations
