Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to support and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Verify and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and budget tracking.
- Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance).
- 3– 8years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries Preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
