About the Role
Feet & Yard is a fast-growing real estate company committed to helping clients find their ideal residential and commercial properties. We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about sales and building a successful career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective buyers through calls, walk-ins, and lead follow-ups.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
