We are a fast-growing technology company looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms.
We are seeking someone who can handle social media management, content creation, video editing, and digital marketing campaigns while bringing fresh ideas to help grow our brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Content Management
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Write captions, promotional content, and marketing copy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Video Editing & Creative Design
- Edit videos for social media, advertisements, reels, shorts, and promotional campaigns.
- Create graphics, banners, and marketing materials.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form content.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and visual storytelling.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and social media analytics.
- Improve SEO and online visibility strategies.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns when required.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content creation, and video editing work.
