Position: Recruiter - Manufacturing (Mechanical Domain)
Location: Remote
Requirements:
- Any graduate/Diploma+ MBA HR
- Minimum 1 years of experience in working manufacturing positions like mechanical background positions: production, maintenance, design, quality, and purchase roles.
- Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Must be well versed with job portals (Naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn)
- Must have good rapport building & networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have good follow up skills.
- Must have own good condition laptop & internet connection. (device/Wi-Fi)
- Must be ready to work in result-oriented environment
- Must be ready to meet Client deliverables in fastest pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proper Understanding the job requirements and creating job postings & mass mails.
- Sourcing quality candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screening resumes according to Client requirements (technically & culturally fit candidates) and conducting their initial interviews.
- Strong follow up & Coordination with candidates for interviews
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Handle offer negotiations and follow up for joining confirmation.
- Maintain close communication with candidates during notice period to prevent dropouts.
- Consistently improving on quality parameters for better shortlisting.
- Strict adherence to systems & processes defined by company.
