Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes using fresh ingredients and authentic techniques
- Ensure timely and consistent food presentation that meets quality standards
- Innovate and refine menu items in collaboration with the Head Chef
- Monitor inventory and place orders for continental ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in continental cuisine preparation
- Adhere to food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
