About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to improve our website visibility, organic traffic, search engine rankings, and paid campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website optimization, analytics, and performance tracking. You will play a key role in driving both organic and paid growth across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine rankings.
- Good knowledge of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search visibility.
- Perform website audits and identify technical SEO issues affecting performance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Track metrics such as organic traffic, conversions, engagement, and user behavior.
- Monitor daily SEO performance and implement improvements based on insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Set measurable SEO goals and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to align SEO strategies.
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly website content, blog posts, landing pages, and meta descriptions.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for growth.
Performance Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Plan and optimize TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds and Shopping campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of eCommerce marketing and Google Shopping campaigns is a plus.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
