We are seeking an experienced Franch Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs for franch partners and their teams. The role focuses on ensuring operational consistency, brand compliance, and performance excellence across all franch locations, while supporting onboarding, efficiency, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and individual training for franch partners and staff.
- Train on SOPs, sales, customer handling, and compliance.
- Develop training materials and support onboarding.
- Assess performance, identify gaps, and track progress.
- Coordinate with teams and provide ongoing operational support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in training, franch operations, or business development.
- Good understanding of franch models and business operations.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Patient, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
