You'll attend leadership meetings, drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional execution, build board presentations, analyze business performance, remove bottlenecks, and ensure ideas become outcomes.

What we're looking for:
* 0 to 4 years of experience
* Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute (MBA is a plus)
* Strong analytical and structured thinking
* Excellent communication and business writing

* Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion AI
* Project management and stakeholder management skills
Location
Pune (with approximately 40% travel to Mumbai & Nashik)
Compensation
₹10 to ₹15 LPA + Performance Bonus
