Job Title: Account Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Account Manager / Account Head
Job Purpose:
To manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and record daily financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Prepare monthly reports and MIS
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
- Support audit activities and documentation
- Ensure proper data entry in ERP/Tally systems
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- GST, TDS understanding (preferred)
- MS Excel and Tally/ERP knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate
Experience:
- 1–5 years in accounts or finance
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
