We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to real client projects while collaborating with designers and developers.
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences for websites and web applications. You will work closely with the design and development teams to create functional, engaging, and consistent user interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency with design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines.
- Revise and improve designs based on client and team feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience of 0–2 years is welcome. Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
