Job Summary
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving guests, handling payments, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant, café, or dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant or café.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Address guest requests and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Support inventory checks and replenishment of dining supplies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or food service establishment.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
