Key Responsibilities
1. Client Billing
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills as per contract provisions.
- Record and certify executed quantities from site measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for bill approval and certification.
- Maintain records of submitted bills and payment status.
2. Quantity Estimation and Measurement
- Take measurements from approved drawings and actual executed work.
- Prepare quantity sheets and reconcile quantities with BOQ.
- Monitor consumption of materials and compare with theoretical quantities.
- Identify variations and extra items for additional claims.
3. Subcontractor Billing
- Verify and certify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Ensure quantities and rates are in accordance with work orders and agreements.
- Prepare payment recommendations and maintain subcontractor account statements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
