Job Description/ Responsibilities:

3-4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Regression,
Smoke, Sanity, and Integration testing). -
Basic experience in Automation Testing (Python/Java preferred; exposure to
Selenium, Pytest, or similar frameworks). -
Strong knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman/Insomnia.

Experience with databases – SQL and NoSQL for data validation.

Proficiency with bug tracking/project management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).

Understanding of QA processes, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good team collaboration skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
End to end testing of the all the applications of The Wedding Company on all
platforms - Android, iOS, Web and Admin (Internal CRM/LMS) -
Execute manual testing types: Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory,
Usability, and Compatibility testing. -
Design, review, and maintain test cases/test scenarios based on PRDs, user
stories, and acceptance criteria. -
Contribute to the automation codebase by identifying regression test cases that can
be automated. -
Collaborate with the product team for acceptance testing during closed beta/internal
testing phases. -
Ensure timely and detailed defect reporting with clear steps to reproduce,
logs/screenshots, and severity/priority tagging in tools like JIRA. -
Work closely with developers to debug issues by checking logs, API calls, and DB
queries where applicable. -
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, giving clear
QA updates to PMs, engineers, and QA peers. -
Ensure adherence to release timelines and support high-quality, on-time product
launches across all platforms.
