A Back Office Executive ensures smooth business operations by handling administrative duties, managing records, and providing internal support. They are the backbone of a company, handling documentation and data from behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input data into computer systems, update databases, and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, process, and track business documents such as invoices, receipts, contracts, and operational reports.
- Administrative Support: Assist management and other departments by scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and answering internal inquiries.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supply levels, coordinate with vendors, and assist with basic procurement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and suggest proactive solutions to supervisors.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
