Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Dispatch: Recruit, train, and supervise HVAC technicians. Manage daily dispatch and schedules to ensure rapid, efficient responses to service calls and emergencies.
- Customer Satisfaction & Sales: Handle client escalations, ensure quality control, and assist technicians with preparing and presenting system repair or replacement options to customers.
- Profitability & Budgeting: Manage the department's profit and loss (P&L), oversee billing accuracy, review vendor invoices, and control inventory.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the team follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and local regulatory standards
Pay: ₹14,241.27 - ₹64,026.43 per month
