About the Role
UNI-PEX Pharmaceuticals is seeking results-oriented Regional Sales Executives to drive our generic division. We are looking for "sales executive" who prioritize market penetration and volume-based sales through strong channel partnerships. This role focuses on the commercial distribution of generic medicines rather than traditional clinical detailing.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Management: Appoint and manage Stockists and wholesalers to ensure seamless product availability.
Market Penetration: Expand the chemist network and drive large-volume orders through effective trade schemes and negotiations.
Field Operations: Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and ensure high product visibility.
Commercial Discipline: Manage payment collections and ensure healthy credit cycles within the distribution chain.
Reporting: Provide accurate daily field reports and market intelligence regarding competitor pricing and trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Industry Experience: 1–5 years of experience; preference will be given to candidates specifically from the Pharmaceutical Generic Division.
Communication: Excellent communication and convincing skills to negotiate effectively with wholesalers and retailers.
Network: Possesses strong market knowledge and an established field network within the assigned territory.
Mobility: High energy and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory for field operations.
Mindset: Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistently target-driven.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and proficiency in sales reporting.
Remuneration
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + travel allowances
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
