Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls
- Explain products and services to potential customers
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases
- Follow up with customers and schedule appointments
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Ensure professional communication standards
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation preferred
