Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to strengthen our Sales & Marketing Operations at the Head Office.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive reporting discipline, monitor business performance, coordinate across departments, and provide management with actionable insights for faster and better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Production, R&D, and Management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Review, analyze, and interpret sales performance reports and market intelligence reports.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, management dashboards, and business performance summaries.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reporting from Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Officers.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and strict adherence to reporting formats and timelines.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and red flags in reports before presenting them to management.
- Track sales schemes, approvals, targets, expenses, outstanding actions, and compliance.
- Follow up with concerned departments until assigned actions are completed within timelines.
- Standardize reporting systems and improve data accuracy across the organization.
- Support management with data-driven insights for planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Act as a communication bridge between Management, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Experience: 5+ years in Agri-Sales and Marketing, sales and marketing coordinationAge Limit: This is a senior level position. Preferred age: 35+Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)Desired Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agri Business, ABM or related discipline.
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS, Commercial Operations, Business Planning, Marketting Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of sales reporting, business analytics, and market intelligence.
- Command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel), dashboards, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Charts, and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and management skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
