This role is ideal for recent hotel management graduates who are eager to build a career in the hospitality industry while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations and guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant setup and service operations.
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders under supervision.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Assist with table setup and clearing.
- Support senior staff and captains during busy service periods.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Learn and implement hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in required
