Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Load Balancer Administration, particularly Cisco, Citrix NetScaler and F5. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing enterprise load-balancing environments, troubleshooting network issues and ensuring high availability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain F5 and Citrix NetScaler load balancers.
Configure and manage load-balancing policies, virtual servers, pools and traffic distribution.
Implement network security configurations and access controls.
Ensure high availability, reliability and optimal application performance.
Troubleshoot complex load balancer and network connectivity issues.
Monitor traffic, performance and capacity across load-balancing environments.
Manage configuration changes, upgrades, patches and deployments.
Support SSL/TLS certificates and secure traffic management.
Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure and application teams.
Maintain network configurations, documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in Network Security / Network Administration.
Strong hands-on experience in Load Balancer Administration.
Expertise in F5 Load Balancer.
Experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and networking concepts.
Strong knowledge of SSL/TLS, certificates and secure traffic management.
Experience with troubleshooting, upgrades, patches and configuration management.
Good understanding of high availability and performance monitoring.
Strong problem-solving and incident-management skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
