Qualifications:
- CA Inter Qualified/CA Article
- LLB/pursuing Bachelor’s in Law
- Proven experience in insolvency, restructuring, or bankruptcy-related work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Accounting/Statutory Due.
- Basic drafting skills with decent English
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Insolvency & Liquidation Processes.
- Managing CIRP Cost records (As per IBBI CIRP cost format and tally)
- Compliances as per Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code & Regulations
- Litigations
- Claim Verification
- Co-ordination with legal, financial and operational teams to ensure proper allocation and timely payment of CIRP related expenses
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
