- Stock Monitoring: Track daily levels of raw materials and finished goods using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Auditing & Reconciliation: Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory verifications to identify discrepancies.
- Order Coordination: Communicate with procurement to reorder stock and collaborate with logistics to manage inbound/outbound shipments.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or inaccuracies and manage the return process for defective goods.
- Reporting: Generate regular stock movement, turnover, and discrepancy reports for upper management
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical skills to analyze sales data, calculate reorder points, and forecast future supply needs.
- Organization: High attention to detail to ensure physical goods match digital databases.
- Communication: Ability to bridge gaps between sales, warehouse, and supplier teams
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
