Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Present products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel locally.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
