Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Vesu, Surat
Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome too)
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Key Responsibilities -
* Generate new student admissions through direct and indirect marketing activities.
* Conduct educational seminars, promotional activities.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, colleges, and corporate clients.
* Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, and conversions in CRM.
* Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and career guidance events. Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
* Provide timely reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Required Skills -
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
* Strong interpersonal, Negotiation skill and Relationship-building abilities.
* Confidence in meeting new people and conducting presentations.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
* Intermediate level computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Preferred Candidate Profile -
* Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
* Passion for achieving targets and career growth.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
