Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)
Pay: ₹8,636.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
