About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy, and articulate Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growth team. This role bridges the gap between market awareness and revenue generation. Because this position relies heavily on pitching, building relationships, and content creation, exceptional verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development Focus
· Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, web research, and professional directories.
· Conduct professional cold calling, personalized email sequences, and structured LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers.
· Act as the first point of contact for prospects, answering initial queries confidently and building strong professional rapport.
· Secure, schedule, and coordinate product demos and discovery meetings for the core sales team.
· Maintain flawless records of daily outreach, follow-up statuses, and lead information in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
2. Marketing & Brand Awareness Focus
· Execute digital marketing initiatives to increase the visibility of our products and services across major platforms.
· Help draft clear, engaging copy and brainstorm creative strategies for promotional email and social media campaigns.
· Conduct deep competitor analysis and market research to spot new industry trends and business opportunities.
· Prepare organized daily and weekly activity summaries outlining marketing reach and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Fluent, confident verbal communication for client pitches and sharp, grammatically perfect written communication for professional emails.
· Natural ability to persuade, handle objections gracefully, and connect with people easily.
· Highly skilled in navigating LinkedIn for networking, and proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and standard email tools.
· A strong basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation pipelines, and digital marketing concepts.
· Self-motivated, comfortable working toward targets, and exceptionally organized with your time.
Eligibility
· Open to graduates or post-graduates from any stream (Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering, etc.). A core technical degree is not mandatory. (A specific specialization is not required if your communication skills are exceptional).
· Open to freshers who have a strong foundational knowledge of sales fundamentals, love communicating, and are eager to kickstart a career in business growth.
