About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and passionate Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping customers find their dream property, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct project site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert leads into bookings by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams for smooth booking processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
