Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Accounts Manager to support the Finance & Accounts department in managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, project accounting, and audit activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP systems while ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end book closure.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet schedules and supporting reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and calculate depreciation.
- Review accounting records and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts and GSTR-2B.
- Handle TDS calculations, return filing, reconciliations, and issuance of certificates.
- Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues.
- Assist in Income Tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and tax assessments.
- Coordinate with government departments regarding statutory matters.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with Internal, Statutory, GST, and Tax Auditors.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and company policies.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and recommend process improvements.
Project Accounting (Real Estate)
- Maintain project-wise accounting and cost allocation.
- Track project expenses, customer advances, and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and project receivables.
- Monitor project profitability and cost analysis.
- Support RERA-related financial reporting and documentation wherever applicable.
Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Project teams for financial reconciliations.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
- Guide and support junior accounting staff whenever required.
- Assist in ERP implementation, accounting automation, and process improvements.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and finalization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Hands-on experience in ERP/Accounting Software such as Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based role.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
