About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized Shoot Coordinator who can independently manage end-to-end photoshoots and video shoots. The ideal candidate should ensure that every shoot runs smoothly—from planning to execution—while coordinating with models, photographers, makeup artists, stylists, and the internal creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots.
* Prepare shoot schedules and production timelines.
* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, and stylists.
* Ensure all products and accessories are ready before the shoot.
* Manage shot lists and ensure every planned Reel and product is covered.
* Coordinate with the Content Writer to execute scripts and voiceovers.
* Monitor shoot quality and maintain brand consistency.
* Handle location bookings, props, logistics, and vendor coordination.
* Ensure timely delivery of raw footage and edited content.
* Maintain an organized production calendar.
* Solve on-set issues and ensure shoots stay on schedule.
* Coordinate post-production follow-ups with editors until final delivery.
Skills Required:

* Good understanding of fashion photography and video production.
* Attention to detail and quality.
* Comfortable working under deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
* 1–3 years of experience in shoot coordination, production, or creative project management.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, e-commerce, or social media production is preferred.
Bonus Skills:
* Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
* Familiarity with Instagram content creation.
* Experience working with influencers and creators.
* Understanding of styling and fashion trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
