Assistant Accounts Manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred; CA Inter / CMA Inter an added advantage
- Experience: 10–15 years in accounts & finance
- Preference: Hospital accounting work experience preferable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS & statutory compliance
- Sound understanding of hospital billing, insurance/TPA reconciliation & patient revenue cycle
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel & accounting software
- Proven ability to handle finalization of accounts & audits independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Good coordination with billing, insurance, procurement, admin & management teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours during audits/closings
- Documentation & compliance discipline (statutory audits, NABH financial documentation)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the accounts function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness & compliance across all financial operations
- Independently handle finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation & year-end closing
- Drive monthly, quarterly & annual MIS reporting for management review and decision-making
- Oversee budgeting, cost control & variance analysis across departments
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, fund management & banking relationships
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory requirements
- Supervise reconciliation of insurance/TPA claims, patient billing & revenue accounts to minimize revenue leakage
- Lead coordination with statutory, internal & NABH auditors; ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, processes & documentation systems
- Mentor, train & manage the accounts team; delegate responsibilities and review performance
- Liaise with senior management, banks, insurers & vendors on key financial matters
- Provide strategic financial inputs and analysis to support hospital management's business decisions
- Ensure audit-readiness and compliance documentation aligned with NABH and other regulatory standards
Salary:
Reasonable Salary based on Experience and Qualification. Purely negotiable.
