Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer who can design, develop, and implement intelligent, AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across core Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with a deep understanding of automation, integrations, and scalable architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop AI-powered conversational and autonomous agent solutions using Agentforce
* Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
* Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data models and external systems via APIs
* Implement intelligent automation using Einstein AI, prompts, and orchestration frameworks
* Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
* Optimize performance, security, and governance across implementations
* Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system reliability
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and reusable frameworks
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram)
