Aixperia is a design-to-production digital platform that connects interior designers and cabinetry manufacturers through seamless software workflows. It enables designers to convert concepts into production-ready drawings, integrates with manufacturing workflows, and supports automation, AR-based room scanning, and project management tools for the interior fit-out industry.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive adoption of Aixperia’s design-to-production platform among cabinetry manufacturers, modular furniture factories, interior designers, and fit-out firms. The role involves building partnerships, managing enterprise accounts, and scaling platform usage across the interior design ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and onboard manufacturers, designers, and partners
- Drive revenue through subscriptions and services
2. Sales Execution
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Conduct product demos and manage the full sales cycle
3. Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support onboarding, training, and account growth
4. Industry Presence
- Represent the company at events and expos
- Promote digital solutions and create success stories
5. Revenue Management
- Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline
- Identify upselling opportunities and growth areas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in interior design, cabinetry manufacturing, furniture, SaaS, or construction tech.
- Proven track record of enterprise B2B sales and partnership development.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry workflows, modular furniture production, or interior design processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling software or digital platforms to manufacturing or design industries.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, ERP, BIM, or design software workflows.
- Familiarity with modular furniture production, CNC manufacturing, or joinery operations.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex features into business value.
