About the Company
Maks Engineering is a growing manufacturing company specializing in PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Panels used in industrial and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant to manage our financial records, compliance, and daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, including:
- Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Preparation and maintenance of ledgers, vouchers, and invoices
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance and timely filing of returns
- Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and expense tracking
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handling purchase, sales, and payroll accounting
- Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance as per company and government rules
- Supporting management with accurate financial data for decision-making
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing unit will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Ability to handle daily accounting tasks independently
- Good attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Other Requirements
- Candidate should be willing to work between Vaishali (Ghaziabad) office and Modinagar factory as required
- Honest, organized, and capable of handling confidential financial information
