KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS GROWTH
Identify and develop new opportunities for third-party manufacturing
EXPERIENCE
Target segments: Tablets, Capsules, Ointments, Injectables & Syrups
CLIENT & MARKET MANAGEMENT
Build & maintain strong relationships with pharma companies, marketing firms, and distributors
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply terms while ensuring profitability
Track market trends, competitor activity, and domestic pricing
EXECUTION & REPORTING
Coordinate with Production, Regulatory, and QA for smooth order execution & compliance
Achieve sales & revenue targets through consistent follow-ups and lead conversion
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and MIS for management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong network with domestic pharma marketing companies
Hands-on OSD & Injectable segments
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, costing, and contract manufacturing processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently & in a team
Pay: Up to ₹116,666.00 per month
