We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support one of the largest mortgage servicers in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), along with experience working in highly regulated environments such as mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services.
This role will bridge development and operations teams, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery while driving automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Automate application deployments, rollbacks, configuration management, and release processes.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
- Lead incident response activities, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Develop automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Ensure system scalability, security, availability, and performance.
- Promote DevOps best practices and an automation-first culture across teams.
- Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
