About the Role
SEFORGE Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, fixed asset management, payroll accounting, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Fixed Asset Accounting and Asset Register.
- Oversee Inventory Accounting and Reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
- Manage Project Accounting and financial monitoring.
- Oversee Payroll Accounting and related reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective financial management.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience, OR
- M.Com with 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
