Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, make outbound calls, follow up with customers, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and prepare quotations.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or telecalling (Freshers can apply).
Pay: ₹13,186.38 - ₹25,307.17 per month
