Nila Interiors is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
We are seeking candidates from Thrissur and nearby locations who can communicate with customers and support our interior design enquiries.
The role will be based at our Kollam office. Accommodation support will be available for selected candidates.
Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls and understand requirements
- Manage enquiries and follow up with potential customers
- Share basic information about interior services
- Arrange customer appointments
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams
- Update customer records regularly
Requirements
- Telecalling / customer support experience preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Good Malayalam communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good customer interaction skills
- Ready to work from Kollam office
