Job Title: Computer Accountant / Order Management Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

We are looking for a Computer Accountant / Order Management Executive to manage daily computer work, billing, stock records, order handling, and basic accounting activities for our wine shop in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good calculation skills, and the ability to maintain accurate daily records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily billing, computer entries, and order records.
- Maintain stock and inventory details accurately.
- Update purchase, sales, and closing stock records on a daily basis.
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch/delivery-related work.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and stock reports.
- Maintain supplier/vendor purchase records and payment details.
- Assist in GST/account-related data preparation when required.
- Check product availability and support smooth counter/store operations.
- Ensure all entries are accurate and updated on time.
- Support management with daily reports and follow-up work.
Required Skills:
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, internet, and billing/accounting software.
- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Good calculation and record-maintenance skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage work independently and follow instructions properly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience in computer billing, accounting, retail, or order management is preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
