Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in providing technical assistance to feed mill customers.
- Conduct on-site feed mill visits and assist in feed mill audits and process optimization.
- Learn and understand feed processing operations and Feedmate products.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical issues.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in product demonstrations, field trials, and data collection.
- Support customer/operator training on equipment and best operating practices.
- Coordinate with the sales team during customer visits and provide technical inputs.
- Collect customer feedback and identify potential product/service opportunities.
- Prepare service reports, visit reports, audit reports, and trial reports.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on feed milling technology, poultry nutrition, and industry developments.
- Travel extensively across India for customer visits, trials, audits, and training.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
