We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Analyst + Manual Tester Trainees in the Healthcare domain. This is a 3-month structured training program (Remote) designed to make you industry-ready, followed by an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in understanding business requirements, analyzing healthcare workflows, and ensuring product quality through manual testing.
Key Responsibilities (During Training & After Onboarding)
- Learn and assist in requirement gathering and documentation
- Analyze healthcare workflows and business processes
- Conduct competitor research to improve product features
- Prepare documents like:
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- User Stories
- Functional Specifications
- Perform manual testing:
- Test case creation
- Test execution
- Bug reporting & tracking
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery
- Participate in product improvement discussions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
