Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for doctor appointment booking.
- Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
- Provide information about doctor availability, departments, and consultation timings.
- Maintain proper patient communication with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for appointment confirmation.
- Update patient details accurately in the system.
- Handle patient queries and provide basic guidance regarding hospital services.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Customer service or call center experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Multitasking ability.
- Team player with positive attitude.
Work Timing
- Rotational Shift / Day Shift (as per hospital requirements)
