A Team Lead is responsible for the analysis, consultancy and configuration of the SAP quality management area to meet the business needs of company. A Team Lead supports the design and configuration of SCM (supply chain management). A Team Lead is responsible for providing production support within the SCM functional area, specializing in the QM solution. A Team Lead is also responsible for deploying a system that meets the business strategy across functional teams and executes testing and writes technical documentation. A Team Lead collaborates with the functional project manager, and division heads of assigned area, in an effort to support the business needs of the company. A Team Lead plays a key role in helping to grow and expand the team.

Responsible for the configuration of SAP Quality Management area to meet the business requirement to enhance the quality management process
Designing and Configuration of Supply Chain Management and production support in SCM functional area to implement the QM solution
Responsible for deploying QM system to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for QM process
Communicate and coordinate with business users, managers and Quality Management leads to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization
Should have strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques and with a confident approach and excellent communication skills
Must have strong knowledge of different Quality Management and Defect management tools
Evaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client
Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills
Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines
Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
Must have knowledge in QM processes, Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Digital Signatures
Must have hands on experience of Quality Planning, Quality Inspection & Quality control
Must have strong knowledge on Industry Business Processes. Customer & Vendor returns process through defects recording and QM notification
Must have knowledge in Result recording, Defects recording, Sample management, Usage decision and Electronic Batch Recording
Must have worked on Plant rollout/implementation projects.
Must be familiar with Action box setup and usage
Must be able to prepare user training documents and deliver user trainings
Must have knowledge on cross module integration (QM-PP, QM-PPPI, QM-MM, QM-SD)
