Manage solar energy system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
· Install, repair, and maintain PV solar equipment at commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
· Review site survey information for accurate and complete data used in system designs.
· Collaborate with structural engineers, sales teams, and field and admin staff on projects.
· Monitor structure, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar power plants.
· Verify electrical equipment quality, including PV modules, inverters, and balance of system components.
· Track existing solar system generation and troubleshoot as needed.
· Visit job sites to oversee project development, installation progress, and quality control.
· Ensure project completion within specified timelines.
