Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who will be responsible for planning and developing content ideas for social media and digital campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the social media, design, and video teams to ensure that content aligns with brand goals and effectively engages the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan content strategies and monthly content calendars for client social media accounts
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to generate content ideas
- Create concepts for social media posts, reels, campaigns, and promotional content
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives to execute content plans
- Write clear briefs for the creative team including captions, scripts, and campaign ideas
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and current trends
- Review and approve content before publishing to maintain quality and consistency
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling abilities
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to research trends and develop engaging content ideas
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media insights
