JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) – IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of software and application support
Working knowledge of SQL/Sequel software
Basic to advanced SAP handling and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Android and iOS device support
Mobile application installation and configuration knowledge
Understanding of system troubleshooting and technical support
Knowledge of networking and internet-related issue handling
Hardware support knowledge (desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.)
Ability to resolve billing and software-related issues
Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance support
Email and official account management support
Data backup and security handling knowledge
Ability to install and configure software/devices
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of IT maintenance and support processes
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to store and office teams
Resolve software, SAP, SQL, Android, and iOS-related issues
Handle hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
Support system installation, updates, and configurations
Ensure smooth working of internet and network systems
Maintain data security and backup processes
Coordinate with vendors for technical support when required
Maintain IT issue logs and resolution records
Ensure timely closure of all IT-related complaints
