Job Summary
Auto Starke Energy is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, provide excellent support, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey. We welcome enthusiastic freshers who possess good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist customers with product information, bookings, delivery updates, and service-related queries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Schedule customer appointments and test rides when required.
- Collect customer feedback and help resolve complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and customer interaction reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
