Job Summary
JLL is seeking an experienced Planning & Control Head for a large-scale Data Centre project in Vizag. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost control, progress tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Primavera P6, project controls, and CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) coordination within mission-critical or large infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and controls for Data Centre construction projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with CSA, MEP, procurement, and execution teams for schedule alignment.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, recovery plans, and progress presentations.
- Conduct delay analysis, risk assessment, and project forecasting activities.
- Ensure project timelines, cost controls, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Support management in decision-making through planning analytics and project insights.
- Track productivity, construction sequencing, and project performance metrics.
- Participate in project review meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong Primavera P6 experience is mandatory
- Experience in CSA planning & coordination
- Prior experience in Data Centre projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction planning and project controls.
- Expertise in scheduling, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to EPC/PMC/Consultancy environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
