Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Travel Consultant specializing in International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent destination knowledge, and the ability to create customized holiday experiences for clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Guide customers regarding visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and visa procedures.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare attractive itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking portals.
- Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus will be an added advantage.
